Frequently Asked Questions

We do furnish tables and chairs for up to 200 people. Tables include 10-60″ rounds and 15-8′ rectangles. The chairs are black, wooden folding chairs. We do not supply linens, napkins, chair covers, etc.

Yes.  Alcohol is allowed but limited to beer, wine, champagne, and mixed drinks. Shots and straight liquor will not be allowed. NO kegs. Most alcohol will be served from behind the bar by a TABC licensed/insured bartender. If your caterer supplies the alcohol, they will be required to provide a licensed bartender. If you BYOB, you will be required to pay for a bartender we provide or we will need proof that your caterer is providing one. **BYOB means the event host may bring alcohol…NOT the individual guests**

Because of the City’s Noise Ordinance, closing time is 10:00 p.m., which means everything must be cleaned up, and everyone must be gone by 10:00pm.

The building is an old candy factory. Most of the wall space is brick. Command hooks are okay. Screws or nails are not okay. The ceilings are WAY up there, so, no decorations hanging from the ceilings, conduit, or sprinkler pipes, please.

Yes. There is a prep kitchen with a small double sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a chest freezer for ice. There is also ample counter space. Please, no unsupervised children in the kitchen. 

Unfortunately, no. Please, no confetti, no glitter, and no sparklers. Anything you do throw must be cleaned up.

If your event is 3+ hours and/or there are 50+ people, a security guard may be required. Any event with 125+ people may require 2 security guards.
Security for events under 3 hours or fewer than 50 people will be required at RSVP Farmersville’s discretion.

Why, yes, you are! The kitchen area should be wiped down, and any food, alcohol, decorations, or trash must be removed from the building.  The bathrooms should be left as they were found.  Make sure you allow enough time at the end of the night for these housekeeping duties.

Yes! And, we will be adding to it as we find our favorite vendors!

Real flame candles are allowed but only if enclosed in glass. The battery operated candles are great too!

There is a non-refundable 25% save-the-date payment to secure the date. There is also a damage deposit, which will be returned if no rules are broken and the venue is left how it was found. If required, there will be fees for security and bartenders, but you will pay them directly.  Finally, thanks to the state of Texas, we do have to charge sales tax.

Yes, but there will be a $50 per hour use fee for up to 2 hours and $85 per hour for more than 2 hours…and you’ll need to make an appointment so someone can be there to let you in

Absolutely! Or, at least most of it does. The warehouse is climate controlled. The outside area has a covered section with ceiling fans as well as an open outdoor courtyard. We must say, a breeze blows through there rather nicely!

Other than the 2 public restrooms, there are no dressing areas. That means you’d better show up wearing your party duds! There are also a few AirBnbs in Farmersville if you’re interested.

We have a 75″ HD Smart TV with USB ports for slide shows, videos, etc. There is also a great sound bar on the wall if you’d like to Bluetooth your favorite playlist.
